Jennifer Gerritz, CPM, HCCP is a Founding Partner of Alexia Consulting. Jennifer has over 22 years of Property Management experience; the vast majority specializing in Low Income Tax Credit (LIHTC) properties. Jennifer has been an active board member of the Institute of Real Estate Management, a member of Multifamily Northwest, and currently serves on the board for a local Non-Profit, Girls on the Run. 

Jennifer leads Alexia's specialized training classes, in both large classroom settings and individualized small groups.


Kellie Stellingwerf, Compliance Specialist

Kellie Stellingwerf has over 21 years of LIHTC Property Management experience.  Kellie has managed, trained and audited in all aspects of the Low Income Tax Credit Housing program.  With her hands on experience, she has helped lead numerous properties through their initial Tax Credit Lease-ups. 

Kellie is the primary file auditor for Alexia Consulting.
